The Bona Sander
The Bona 10” Belt Sander is the markets leading sanding machine, has excellent dust extraction and finger-tip controls. It has vast amounts of power to tackle any size job and its manoeuvring ability is flawless, which makes it one of the easiest machines to use with total control.
The belts can be changed in 5 seconds or less and the finishes achieved are amazing.

The Bona Edger
The Bona Edge sander is second to none and is the most versatile edge sander available, with fully adjustable handles, and will tackle the toughest of floors with ease and has excellent dust extraction. The edger also features adjustable non-marking wheels, speed fit Velcro discs and includes a specially designed built in light that illuminates the work area and ensures a perfect finish every time.
 

Corner Machine
For corners, we hire out a great hand-held Bosch belt sander. It is small, but this powerful machine makes it ideal for sanding corners and hard to reach areas e.g. around and under radiators, door frames and stairs.

Random Orbital Sander/Polisher
The multi-purpose orbital sander rotates, duplicating a natural sanding action and delivering a smooth, well-blended finish.

Varnishes:

Bonatech Spectra 5lts
Polyurethane / acrylate finish, for domestic use.
Good scuff resistance. Easy to use, 1 component lacquer.

Manufacturer’s recommended treatment schedules:
On bare wood :  2 - 3 coats of Spectra
Application rate : 8 - 10 square metres per 5 litre. (per coat)
Drying time : 2.5 - 3 hours at 20 degrees / 60% RH
Available in Matt, Silk-Matt, & Gloss finish

Bonatech Mega 5lts
Polyurethane lacquer, for commercial and domestic use.
High scuff resistance. Easy to use, 1 component lacquer.

Manufacturer’s recommended treatment schedules:
On bare wood : 1 primer plus 2 - 3 coats of Mega or 3 - 4 coats of Mega
Application rate : 8 - 10 square metres per 5 litre. (per coat)
Drying time : 2.5 - 3 hours at 20 degrees / 60% RH
Available in Matt, Silk-Matt, & Gloss finish.

Bonatech Traffic 5lts
2 component system - 4.5 litres of Traffic mixes with 0.45 litre bottle of hardener.
Polyurethane lacquer, for commercial use on prefinished or unfinished floors. Highly wear resistant.

Manufacturer’s recommended treatment schedules:
On bare wood : 1 primer plus 2-3 coats of Traffic or 3-4 coats Traffic
Application rate : 8-10 square metres per 5 litre. (per coat)
Drying time : 3-4 hours at 20 degrees / 60% RH
Available in Matt, & Silk-Matt finish.

Bonatech Prime 5lts
Waterborne primer for use on bare wood.
Ideal to prime floors prior to applying Bonatech Traffic.

Manufacturer’s recommended treatment schedules:
Application rate : 8-10 square metres per 5 litre. (per coat)
Drying time : 1 - 2 hours at 20 degrees / 60% RH

Mix & Fill
If you would like to fill the whole floor, then this is what you will need to get the job done. Its quick & easy. Just add a fine grade of dust, mix into a nice paste then apply between the gaps over the floor.

Coverage: 1 litre per 10m sq depending on quality/depth of joints.
